IMPORTANT: Stuxeno Uploads is a hosting platform only. We DO NOT take responsibility for any content uploaded by users.

By uploading files to our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for all content you upload
  • Stuxeno Uploads acts only as a hosting provider and does not monitor, review, or endorse user content
  • We are not liable for any content uploaded by users or consequences arising from such content
  • All uploaded content is the sole responsibility of the person who uploaded it

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

Users are ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED from uploading the following content:

Sexual Content or Pornography

Any sexually explicit material is strictly forbidden

Content Involving Minors

Any content exploiting, endangering, or involving minors in any harmful way

Malware, Viruses, or Harmful Code

Files containing malicious software or code designed to harm systems

Illegal Services or Activities

Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities, drugs, weapons, hacking services, etc.

Pirated or Copyright-Infringing Material

Content that violates intellectual property rights

Hate Speech or Violent Content

Content promoting violence, terrorism, or discrimination

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate removal of content and may result in legal action.

4. Law Enforcement Compliance

Stuxeno Uploads fully complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and legal authorities:

  • We respond promptly to valid legal requests for user information and content
  • We preserve and provide evidence as required by law enforcement
  • We report illegal content, including child exploitation material, to appropriate authorities
  • We comply with court orders, subpoenas, and search warrants
  • We maintain logs and records as required by applicable laws

If you become aware of illegal content on our platform, please report it immediately to law enforcement authorities.

5. Use License & Restrictions

Permission is granted to upload and share files through Stuxeno Uploads for lawful purposes only.

  • You may not use the service for any illegal purpose
  • You may not attempt to circumvent security measures
  • You may not use the service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • You may not exceed the 50MB file size limit
  • You may not abuse or overload our servers

6. Privacy and Data

We use session-based tracking to associate your uploads with your browser session. We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption. We may retain logs and metadata for security and legal compliance purposes.

7. File Storage and Retention

While we strive to maintain file availability, we do not guarantee permanent storage. Files may be removed due to inactivity, storage limitations, violations of these terms, or legal requirements. We reserve the right to delete any content at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any data loss.

8. Content Takedowns & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with detailed information. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of infringing content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or virus-free. Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Stuxeno Uploads, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, unauthorized access to files, malware, or content uploaded by users. Our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stuxeno Uploads and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is illegal. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
